Rim Country sits at just about 5000’ elevation and, consequently, our locale experiences ideal climates all four seasons of the year. For obvious reasons, this feature is ideal for outdoor powersport adventuring. Getting a little warm in the Summer? Simply go north or east 12-25 miles and up in elevation another 2000 feet. You’ll find spectacular views for miles and temps 10-15 degrees cooler than Payson proper. Feeling a little too cool in the winter months? Set your GPS for Rye, Jakes Corner and Roosevelt Lake. Ambient temps average 10 or more degrees warmer than those right in town. Spring, Fall and cusp months are absolutely perfect for wondering in and around this quaint, beautiful.
