All drivers must be at least 25 years old and possess a valid driver’s license along with proof of full-coverage auto insurance. Drivers aged 21 to 24 may operate a vehicle only when accompanied by a passenger who is 25 years of age or older. Passengers must meet age and height requirements depending on the vehicle type. A security deposit may be required at the time of rental. By renting a UTV from Arizona Adventures, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with off-road driving. You agree to operate the vehicle responsibly, adhere to all trail and safety guidelines, and assume full liability for any damage or injury that may occur during your rental period. Helmets and safety gear are provided and strongly recommended.
